Templates Q. If I use a template, won't my site look the same as everyone else's?
A. The vast majority of sites are built around templates. Bear in mind that websites can only ever consist of a mix of images, words, colours & content.
Once we've customised your site with your branded colours, fonts, in-house images & stamped your personality on it via your unique content, visitors will not notice the structure.
Face Book Page - No Website. Q. I have a Face Book page to communicate with my clients...isn't this enough?
A. Whilst a Face Book page is a valuable tool, it presents the following issues:
- You don't own this asset & it could be suspended at any time, through no fault of your own.
- The only people that know about your page are your existing clients, as there is no website to direct them there.
- Your posts (and Face Book ads!) get lost in the feed, as your clients are usually not specifically looking for what you're offering.

Logo Only Q. Can I just have a logo without the branding package?
A. Of course! We recommend the branding package because a logo designed without knowing what your brand stands for can be incongruent & feel out of place within your design aesthetic.
On the other hand, if you already know your brand strategy & are happy with it, or you have other good reasons for a stand alone logo, then we are happy to proceed on this basis.

Our Ideal Name Is Taken (Dot.com) Q. How can I acquire the 'dot.com' name for our business?
A. It depends. If the domain is already in use by a successful business, it probably won't happen; however, many '.com' domains have been registered but are not used & for sale.
In this case, you can either try to track down the owner & negotiate a fair price yourself, or employ a broker to negotiate on your behalf for a fee.
The other alternative is to use a different TLD (top level domain) than 'dot.com'.
